Conditions for Online Returns
- Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of delivery being in original condition, unworn/unwashed and with all tags still attached.
- Please note we do not offer refunds for items purchased in store, an in store credit will be placed.
- For online returns we offer a refund less 10% of the item, to cover shipping/handling charges to us. We do not refund shipping charges.

- We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us.
- Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’) washed or altered will not be accepted — this includes any make-up, fake tan marks or other stains on the clothing.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you for the purchase price of the item/s, less any shipping costs involved. If the shipping was free, we will charge a 10% re stocking fee to cover our original shipping costs to you.
- We are happy to exchange for a different size, pending if in stock. You will be issued a shipping invoice for your exchanged size.
- For hygienic reasons, cosmetics and jewellery cannot be returned.
- Items marked down and on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
